            Peter is a Vice President and Investment Strategist at iCapital, focusing on developing and delivering research, investment ideas, and thought leadership content for external and internal audiences on behalf of iCapital’s Investment Strategy team. Prior to joining the firm, Peter spent over eight years at Franklin Templeton Investments, where he contributed to their asset allocation strategy and macroeconomic research. Peter holds a BA in Economics from Fairfield University.

            Victoria is a managing director in Alternatives Capital Formation within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, leading private equity capital raising in EMEA. She also serves as a trustee of the Goldman Sachs UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme. Previously, Victoria wasco-head of the Nordic Pension and Insurance Strategy Group. She joined Goldman Sachs as a vice president in 2012 and was named managing director in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked at Nomura International on the Nordic Fixed Income Solutions team. She began her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, initially based in Stockholm before moving to London to join their Nordic Structured Solutions team. Victoria earned a MSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2006. She is a CFA charter holder.
            Hamilton Lane: Hamza Azeem, Managing Director,

            Hamza is a Managing Director on the Evergreen Portfolio Management team. Based in the London office, he focuses on investment management of open-ended private markets solutions. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2021, Hamza was an Associate Director at HSBC where he focused on originating strategic multi-asset risk management solutions for a broad spectrum of financial sponsors, corporates and sovereign wealth funds. Hamza received a B.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder
            KKR: Emily Pollock, Director
            Emily Pollock joined KKR in 2025 and is a Director in the Private Equity Product Strategies team within Global Client Solutions. Ms. Pollock’s primary area of focus is as product specialist for the firm’s open-ended private equity vehicle designed for individual investors. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Pollock worked at Schroders Capital where she led the client business for private market solutions and was a part of the private asset sales team. Previously, she worked for 50 South Capital, Adveq Management and Northern Trust as a limited partner responsible for making primary, secondary and co-investments across the U.S. and Europe. Ms. Pollock moved to London in 2012 from New York. She holds a degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

            Jerry Baglien is a managing director and chief financial officer & chief operating officer who functions as a portfolio manager of real estate, based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2016, Mr. Baglien was director of fund finance for GTIS Partners LP, where he over saw all finance and operations for GTIS funds. Previously, he was an accounting manager at iStar Inc. with oversight of loans and special investments. Mr. Baglien received a Master of Business Administration from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
            L&G: Jo McCaffrey, Chief Strategy and Product Officer
            Jo McCaffrey is Chief Strategy and Product Officer for the Asset Management business of L&G. She joined L&G in 2025 and is responsible for the division’s corporate strategy, product and marketing activities globally. Most recently, Jo was Head of Distribution at Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM), where she ran the sales, marketing and RFP teams. She was also CEO of the UK business, responsible for all teams and activities operating out of CSAM in the UK. Prior to this, Jo held roles running global product functions at both Credit Suisse and Pine Bridge Investments, where she was responsible for the strategy, manufacture, management and control frame works for both firms’ product lines across public and private markets. She began her career at Barclays Global Investors and State Street Global Advisors, specialising in the product development and distribution of ETFs. Jo has a BA in Law from Trinity College, Cambridge and an LLM in International Law from New York University.

            Stephen Crocombe, CFA, Head of International within BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group, covering EMEA and APAC. Stephen is also Head of the Multi Alternatives Businesses within MASS - Comprising of Hedge Fund Solutions, Alternative Portfolio Solutions and Direct Private Opportunities teams.
             
            Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) meets client demand for active asset allocation strategies and whole portfolio solutions through funds, model portfolios, and more. MASS draws on the toolkit of BlackRock's index, factor, and alpha-seeking capabilities to deliver cutting-edge insights and investment outcomes.
             
            Stephen provides oversight to the MASS teams in both regions – and has a particular focus on the development of whole portfolio solutions. Stephen also oversees the EMEA Solutions Structuring team (ESS), which is responsible for developing BlackRock's outsourcing and solutions proposition as well as structuring and implementing solutions partnerships with retail and institutional clients.
             
            Stephen’s service to the firm dates back to 2006, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to his current role, Stephen was Head of Multi-Asset Strategies in EMEA and responsible for advancing the adoption of multi-asset portfolios and solutions in the region. Prior to joining BGI Stephen was head of Product Development at Gartmore Investment Management.
             
            Stephen earned a BA from Oxford University.
            Blue Owl: Gary Lin, Managing Director
            Gary Lin is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. Gary serves as the Head of Global Portfolio Strategy and Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the global growth and expansion of product and portfolio strategy across the full platform with FinancialAdvisors and High Net Worth Investors.

            Before joining Blue Owl, Gary spent 10 years at Blackstone where he held numerous leadership roles in multiple regions and parts of the business. Most recently, Gary was a senior member of the real estate group based in New York covering opportunistic, core plus, and debt strategies with institutional relationships across the Americas Region. Additionally, he worked globally with the private wealth division to expand distribution of the flagship vehicle, Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust. Prior to his role in real estate, Gary served as the Head of Asia for Blackstone’s private wealth division based in Singapore where he built the business and led strategic initiatives across the region. Prior to that, Gary was the Head of Southeast Asia alternatives business at JP Morgan and worked at Morgan Stanley in New York where he built out data, analytics, and sales reporting functions for the Alternatives group. Gary began his career in private wealth and alternatives at Merrill Lynch where he was a financial professional within the wealth management division.

            Clarion: Thorben Schaefer, Managing Director, Acquisitions – Europe
            Thorben Schaefer is a Managing Director in the Investment Team at Clarion Partners Europe, where he is responsible for the origination, financing, and execution of real estate acquisitions and developments across Europe. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has been involved in transactions worth several billion euros, spanning a diverse range of assets in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and Slovakia. Thorben holds a First-Class Honours degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, where he served as President of the Land Economy Society and sat on the board of the Finance and Investment Society.
            Hines: Omar Thowfeek, Senior Managing Director, Fund Management
            Omar Thowfeek is a Senior Managing Director of Fund Management at Hines. He leads the underwriting and capital deployment efforts for all real estate acquisitions and is responsible for the execution of Hines Global Income Trust’s business plans and operations, including real estate and debt investments and portfolio strategy. Omar joined the firm in 2014 and assumed responsibility for international acquisitions and portfolio management for Hines Global Income Trust in 2017. During his tenure at Hines, he has underwritten over $20 billion in global real estate across multiple asset classes throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

            Brookfield Oaktree: Keshav Bhojania, Managing Director, Infrastructure
            Keshav Bhojania is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bhojania worked in the advisory group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for M&A and financings across the natural resources sector, including infrastructure. Mr. Bhojania earned a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi.
            IFM Partners: Phelim Bolger, Executive Director, Head of UK & Ireland, Global Client Solutions
            Phelim Bolger is as an Infrastructure Specialist at IFM Investors, a global asset management firm uniquely owned by pension funds that operate on an all-profit-to-members basis. In his role, Phelim leads client solutions across the UK and Ireland, working closely with long-term, like-minded institutional investors. His responsibilities span relationships with public and corporate pension schemes, investment consultants, insurers, and organisations in the charity and foundation sectors. Additionally, he has responsibility for IFM’s Private Wealth strategy across the EMEA region. With over 25 years of experience in investment management, Phelim has held senior roles in investment advisory, investment specialist and business development across alternative asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. Prior to joining IFM, he held positions at JP Morgan, UBP, HSBC, DWS, and Ardian. Phelim holds a First-Class bachelor’s degree in management from Trinity College Dublin, and an Advanced Diploma in Administration and Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

            Duncan joined Schroders Greencoat in 2022. He works within the private markets business, with a particular focus on enhancing Schroders Greencoat’s footprint in the Defined Contribution market. He has spent his career helping institutional investors get access to real assets. Prior to Schroders Greencoat, Duncan worked at WTW, where he most recently headed up their secure income assets capability, playing a key role in identifying, investing in, and managing a broad range of cashflow generating real assets for UK and European pension funds. He also assisted in the education and capital raising in these areas. Prior to this, Duncan spent time heading WTW’s global Infrastructure Research team, along with consulting to large DC corporate plans. Duncan holds a BComm (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Kyriakoudis was a Partner and CIO at Permira Credit, one of Europe’s largest private credit managers. As one of the two initial partners, Mr. Kyriakoudis helped to build the business from the ground up to around EUR 10 billion in assets under management.

            Mat is a Partner within the Private Capital Investment team and is responsible for selecting private capital fund investments and managing existing manager relationships.             Mat completed a BA degree inInternational Business and Economics at Western University. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
            Luca Serino, Investment Director, Cazenove Capital
            Luca is a member of Cazenove Capital’s investment team where he heads the private market investment programme. He also chairs the investment committee which is responsible for selecting private market investments. Luca joined Cazenove Capital in 2020 following the acquisition of Sandaire, a multi-family office where he was responsible for the firm’s investments in private equity funds and individual companies. Prior to Sandaire he was a partner at Thurleigh Investment Managers. Luca studied Mechanical Engineering at Edinburgh University.
            Emma Corbishley, Head of Private Equity Advisory Platform, UBS
            Emma Corbishley has been in the role of Private Equity Advisory Platform Lead in the newly formed Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) since January 2025. Emma is responsible for curating the private equity advisory platform of closed-end feeder funds and open-end evergreen funds in collaboration with internal stakeholders. She also heads up the sourcing and due diligence of open-end private equity funds.

            Previously, Emma was an Investment Director within UBS Global Wealth Management covering Private Markets. She joined UBS Private Markets Investment Team in 2018.

            Prior to that, she was a Fund Selector within UBS Global Wealth Management’s Fund Investment Solutions team covering long-only mutual funds and UK commercial real estate open-end funds.

            Emma started her career in 2010 at EY, where she was a member of the Financial Services Transfer Pricing team.
